1. Controller
Now Softwares processes personal data in the context of the ABYSS / Yonker Service, in accordance with Brazil’s LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018), when applicable.
2. Data processed
Site account (username, authentication/license, IP, logs). Riot data you connect (tokens, SSID, PUUID, region, game data via API). Local caches in the browser (encounters, names).
3. Purposes
Provide the Service, keep the session, security, support, and legal obligations. By connecting Riot, you consent to the processing needed for tracker features.
4. Security
Tokens may be stored encrypted on the server. We use HTTPS in production and reasonable measures — no system is 100% secure. You can disconnect and delete the session in the app.
5. Sharing
Licensing provider, hosting, and Riot (when the app calls APIs with your tokens). We do not sell personal data.
6. Data-subject rights
When LGPD applies: confirmation, access, correction, deletion (within legal limits), portability, and withdrawal of consent — via Now Softwares / ABYSS support.
