1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ABYSS / Yonker (the “Service”), operated by Now Softwares (“we”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

A companion and statistics tool for Valorant matches. Access may depend on a valid account/license and on you connecting your own Riot account.

3. No affiliation with Riot Games

The Service is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially approved by Riot Games. You acknowledge that using third-party tools may violate Riot’s Terms and may result in suspension or a ban.

4. Riot account, tokens, and risk

You may voluntarily provide tokens, cookies (including SSID), or authorize QR login. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK, including bans, loss of progress, skins, or any other harm. We do not warrant that the Service is “ban-safe”.

5. Site account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your ABYSS / Now Softwares account. We may suspend access in case of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

6. Prohibited use

You may not resell access without authorization, bypass authentication, attack the infrastructure, harass others, or use the Service unlawfully.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, without warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Now Softwares is not liable for indirect damages, bans, Riot account loss, or virtual items. If liability is found, it is limited to the lesser of the amount paid in the prior 3 months or BRL 100.00, unless a mandatory rule requires otherwise.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Now Softwares against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms / Riot’s Terms.

10. Governing law

Laws of Brazil. Venue is the court of the provider’s domicile, except where a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
